OK, I now have the basics for all my 25 projects for 2009. Now I need to fine-tune these projects. I’m going to look at each project and clarify what the specific measurable result is, to be produced by 11:59pm on the 31st December. That way I’ll know if I accomplished it or not.
Once I’ve got the specifics down, I’ll create my milestones, and then schedule in what there is for me to do to accomplish my projects. Starting at the end and working back, of course.
