Do you drink tap water?

For a long time now, I’d stopped drinking tap water. Even though Melbourne is supposed to have the best water, I still didn’t like to drink straight from the tap. What about all the stuff that comes down through the pipes? They might be full of things that I don’t want to drink. Know what I mean? We even bought one of those fancy bench-top water filter systems, but I stopped drinking from that too. I just didn’t like the taste of the water from that thing. Then along came this email from one of the environment-friendly sites I subscribe to about a water bottle that has it’s own filtering system. I read up about it, liked the sound of it, and promptly bought one for myself, and one for Moshe and Gita. We all love it. I think I’ve written about this before, haven’t I?

Anyway, why I’m writing about it again now is that I decided to see if anyone out there likes the sound of it too, would prefer to pay less for it than the current retail price of AU $57.00, but doesn’t want to buy a box of 12 to get a cheaper price per bottle.

If this is you, then I need eleven others like you, and I’ll buy the box of 12, and split it with everyone. That will mean you’ll only have to pay AU $26.75 plus postage to own one of these lovelies.

Here are a few really great things about this bottle:

  1. It’s the first Australian-made water bottle, developed with a special plastic that doesn’t leak Bisphenol-A (BPA) into the water, which is really great for your body.
  2. It’s your own personal and completely portable water-filtering system.
  3. It’s really nice to drink from.
  4. It looks really cool.
  5. AND BEST OF ALL… using this bottle means that you’re using good old tap water again, AND you’re not leaving hundreds of discarded plastic bottles all over the place for birds and animals to injest, so they’re really great for the environment!

You can read up on this amazing bottle on the website: http://www.321water.com/.

To get one of these bottles from me, you’ll need to have an Australian bank account so you can do a direct deposit into my account. I’ll get the bank details to you once you’ve contacted me, and once 12 people write to me.

Here’s another great reason to buy one … With money from 321 Water sales, Gretha Oost, the inventor/designer extraordinaire of this bottle is going to build a well in an area where clean drinking water is not available. Her goal is to sell 100 boxes of 12 by World Water Day on 22nd March, and she’ll plow $5,000 straight into a new well. Awesome, right?

So, let me know asap. I will only buy the box of 12 bottles once I know I have 12 people who want one. Leave a comment here to tell me you’re in. Every 12 people who respond, I’ll buy another box! If you want more than one, then say how many you’d like in your comment.
