I promised I’d show you the cards I made one inspired day, a couple of weeks ago. So sorry it’s taken me this long to write the post. I’ve been a little busy here with family to-dos. I’ve got a few minutes while I wait for Moshe to come home with dinner from Bistro 309, so here they are. I can’t believe how many I made! I just couldn’t stop. I still have heaps of partially finished cards, and bits and pieces that will eventually end up on a new card. I reckon it’ll be awhile before I buy a ready-made card from the shop! Remember to click on any of the images you’d like to see enlarged. The lighting wasn’t very good I’m afraid, so the colours look a little drab. They’re actually quite lovely.

I’m really happy with them all. Feel quite a sense of accomplishment. Didn’t think I’d ever do this again, but there you go! However, I must tell you, I was trumped by my father-in-law! He’s been making cards on his computer for years now. Actually, it started way before the computer, and we’d get these delightful cards with what has become his signature stamp on the back. Originally, he’d drawn himself and my mother-in-law on the back, just their faces, in pen. So cute! Once he digitized his card-making process, he created the same little images on the computer, and each card he prints has his trademark on the back. Here’s his latest card to us for our anniversary. I love it! Click on the pics to see all the detail.
