I am very new to the blogging scene. I just wanted to say how much I loved reading your blog. Your love of textile and growing up with a needle and thread in your hand – I could so relate to. Your little ‘Juggling Clowns’ Coverlet is gorgeous, so sweet. The sweet little sun hat you made etc. really love it. I had a very similar introduction to sewing. My mother always had the sewing machine out, and she certainly produced some beautiful embroidery and knitting. My passion for textile had me making my own clothes as well. Over the last 20 years or so I have definitely succumbed to the call of quilting and anything handcrafted. I will now visit your on-line site for more lovely things.
